Concept project
Magic Valley Coffee Co.
A concept storefront for a Twin Falls café — menu, story, and a clear path to order online, built to load instantly on a phone at the counter.
Magic Valley Coffee Co. is a concept project — a complete café storefront we designed to show how a Twin Falls coffee shop could turn its website into a second counter. No client commissioned it; we built it to demonstrate how we approach local hospitality businesses.
The concept
A neighborhood coffee shop lives on regulars and walk-ins. The site's job is simple: make someone hungry, tell them exactly where you are, and let them order without friction — all in the few seconds they're glancing at their phone in line or on the couch.
What it demonstrates
- A menu that loads instantly and reads beautifully on a phone
- A clear path to order online or reserve a table
- Story and photography that build a recognizable local brand
- Hours, parking, and directions one tap away
- The same fast, edge-deployed stack behind every Gem State site
Design approach
Warm but uncluttered. Big imagery, generous whitespace, and a single obvious action on every screen. Type does the heavy lifting so the menu feels like a printed board, not a spreadsheet.
The goal of a café site isn't to be clever — it's to get someone out of bed and through the door.
Want something like this?
If you run a café, restaurant, or local shop in the Magic Valley, this is the kind of site we'd build for you — tailored to your brand, your menu, and your customers. Start a project and we'll map it out together.
