Every project includes responsive design for all screen sizes, SEO fundamentals (metadata, sitemap, fast load times), accessibility basics, analytics setup, and a handoff walkthrough. Your proposal lists exactly what's in scope — no surprise invoices.
Each proposal includes a defined number of revision rounds — typically two during design and one after build. Changes beyond the agreed scope are quoted before we do the work, so you always decide first.
No. The intake wizard asks where your content stands, and we scope accordingly — from polishing what you have to full copywriting. Photography help is available too.
Projects start with a deposit invoice (usually 50%), with the balance due at launch. Invoices arrive by email and are payable by card from your client portal. Care plans bill monthly.
You do — fully. Once the final invoice is paid, the site, design files, and content are yours. We're happy to hand off to another developer or host if you ever want to move.
Every launch includes a stabilization period for bug fixes. After that, our care plans ($99/mo) cover updates, backups, monitoring, and small content changes — or you can take it fully in-house.
Yes. Beyond care plans, our managed services cover full managed hosting, monitoring, maintenance, backups, domains/DNS/email, and support — we run the whole thing on enterprise-grade infrastructure. It's priced to your stack, so we put together a custom quote.
You do. Your domains and infrastructure accounts stay in your name; we manage them with delegated access. You can take the keys back at any time — no lock-in.
We host on the same infrastructure behind some of the largest sites online and monitor it for you, but no host is immune to the occasional hiccup, so we don't promise a formal uptime guarantee. We focus on catching and fixing issues fast, with response targets defined in your plan.
